### Processing & Delivery Times
Because our products are shipped directly from our brand partners (suppliers), processing times can vary slightly depending on the item:
* **Order Processing:** Orders are typically processed and forwarded to our brand partners within 1–2 business days. 
* **Standard Shipping:** Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the supplier's warehouse location.
* **Tracking:** You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

### Multiple Packages / Split Shipments
If you purchase items from different brands within a single order, **your items will arrive in separate packages.** You will receive a separate tracking number for each package at no extra cost to you. Don't worry if one item arrives before the others—the rest are on their way!

### Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout based on the supplier’s live rates. We do our best to offer competitive shipping, and free shipping thresholds may apply to specific collections or minimum order values as displayed on our storefront.

### Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we partner only with trusted brands, [Your Store Name] is not directly liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team at glowcart.onlineshop@gmail.com within 7 days.
