Glow Cart operates as a curated retail partner. We do not manufacture, hold, or directly ship the inventory listed on our store. Instead, we securely process your order and coordinate with independent brand partners who handle the direct physical fulfillment and shipment of your items.

### 2. Product Availability and Inventory Accuracy
We utilize automated real-time inventory syncing provided by Shopify Collective. However, in rare instances, a supplier may experience an unexpected stock shortage before our system updates. 
* We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that our brand partners are unable to fulfill.
* We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disappointments arising from product unavailability.

### 3. Limitation of Liability & Product Safety
Because we do not manufacture the products sold on this website, Glow Cart explicitly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 
* Any product defects, safety concerns, or health claims regarding the items are the sole legal responsibility of the original manufacturer/supplier.
* To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Store Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, products purchased on this site.

### 4. Returns and Refunds
Our return window and eligibility are strictly bound by the agreements we hold with our specific brand suppliers. Do not ship returns back to the address on your shipping label without contacting us first, as it may go to the wrong supplier warehouse and void your refund.
